Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Leo, a duplicate cleaner for Google Drive™ operated by LARA Media Group LLC.
Effective date: July 28, 2026 · Contact: support@leodrivecleaner.com
1. What Leo does
Leo helps users scan Google Drive, review exact and likely duplicate files, export cleanup plans, and move selected extras to Google Drive Trash. Leo is review-first and Trash-first; it does not promise fully automatic cleanup. Google Photos is not currently included.
2. Accounts and permissions
You must use an account you are authorized to manage. By connecting Google Drive, you authorize Leo to use only the permissions you approve through Google's consent flow. You are responsible for the files and folders you choose to review, export, Trash, or restore.
3. Cleanup decisions stay with you
Exact-match evidence, review ordering, similarity candidates, and any suggested context are guidance. Similarity is not proof that two files are identical. You remain responsible for every cleanup action you approve.
- Nothing is moved to Trash without user action.
- Similarity candidates require individual review and are not automatically selected.
- Trash and restore depend on Google Drive permissions and availability.
- Google controls how long items remain recoverable in Trash.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Leo is not yet accepting payment through this public website. When paid service becomes available, the price, billing interval, renewal date, trial or introductory terms, taxes, cancellation method, and any refund or withdrawal rights shown before checkout will govern the purchase.
A subscription will begin only after checkout is completed. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the timing shown in the account and checkout terms; it does not ordinarily erase the service period already purchased or records we must retain.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Leo to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, probe for unauthorized access, evade safeguards, or process data you do not have the right to review. We may suspend access when use threatens Leo, its users, service providers, or Google's platform.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change during development and early access. Some files may be skipped when Google does not permit download, a file disappears, or a format cannot be fingerprinted safely. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date for material changes.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, or the absence of false positives or skipped files. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, LARA Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by cleanup actions a user approves.
