Full privacy policy

Leo uses your Google account identity, Drive file metadata, derived checksums and fingerprints, scan records, and OAuth authorization only to provide the cleanup features you request. Eligible file bytes and Google-native exports are read transiently to calculate signatures; Leo does not retain downloaded copies of your file content, sell Google user data, or use it for advertising.

Leo’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Scopes, storage, and deletion

Full-Drive discovery uses read-only Drive access. Leo requests write access only when you ask to move selected files to Trash or restore them. Hosted indexes are stored in PostgreSQL and OAuth tokens in an access-restricted token volume on Leo’s owner-controlled VPS. Disconnect Drive revokes the grant and removes the stored token and indexed Drive data.
